By accessing or using the Lil'Goodies Audio website and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Products" refers to audio plugins and software created by Lil'Goodies Audio
  • "License" refers to the right to use our Products as outlined in the End User License Agreement (EULA)
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual accessing our website or using our Products

2. Account Registration

To purchase Products or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through Mollie, our payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout
  • Applicable taxes may be added based on your location
  • Payment is required before license delivery (except for trials)
  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a license to use the Product according to our End User License Agreement (EULA). This is a license to use the software, not a transfer of ownership.

5. Intellectual Property

All Products, including code, graphics, sounds, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Lil'Goodies Audio. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our Products except as licensed
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Products
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use our trademarks without permission

6. Trial Licenses

Trial licenses are provided for evaluation purposes and:

  • Are time-limited (typically 14 days)
  • May not be used for commercial purposes
  • May be limited to one trial per person per product
  • Convert to full functionality upon purchase

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your license to others
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent license protection measures
  • Use our Products for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Submit false information or impersonate others

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Product and request a refund within the refund period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lil'Goodies Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Support

We provide support for our Products through email. While we strive to respond promptly, we do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues.

11. Updates

We may release updates to our Products. Minor updates (bug fixes, improvements) are provided free to license holders. Major version upgrades may require an additional purchase.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Violate the EULA
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay for purchased Products

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
