Common Issues
Plugin not showing in my DAW
Make sure you've run a plugin scan in your DAW after installation. The plugin files should be in the standard locations:
- macOS AU: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
- macOS VST3: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
- Windows VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
License activation issues
If your license won't activate, check that you're entering the serial number exactly as shown in your purchase email. Serial numbers are case-sensitive. If you've reached your activation limit, you can deactivate old machines from your account page.
Audio dropouts or high CPU usage
Our plugins are designed to be lightweight, but if you're experiencing issues, try increasing your audio buffer size in your DAW settings. A buffer of 256 or 512 samples usually provides a good balance between latency and stability.
